DeBary sits along the St. Johns River corridor in Volusia County, with a mix of established golf community homes in DeBary Plantation and significant new construction activity in the Rivington master-planned community. DeBary Plantation is one of the more established communities in western Volusia County, with larger homes on the golf course and along the water. These are properties where the bathrooms are often original to the build, and the scope of a proper remodel here is not small. Full master bath rebuilds, tub-to-shower conversions, and floor tile replacements are the most common projects we take on in this area.
Rivington is a newer master-planned community with significant new construction activity from multiple builders. New construction tile packages in this type of community have to fit a builder's schedule, and we are set up to work that way.
