Tile is our focus, but we partner with licensed trades so every piece gets done right the first time — no leaks, no fires, no water damage.
New Construction
Working alongside builders, GCs, and other trades to deliver showers, flooring, backsplashes, pool tile, accent walls, and fireplaces on schedule. Exclusive tile installer for Vimaro Homes in Winter Park.
Whichever segment you need, we leave the jobsite clean and organized like it was our own home.

The Standard
What a finished bathroom should look like.
Our clients are homeowners who want the job done right the first time. Most of the remodels we take on are in homes where the standard is high and the budget reflects it.
We plan the layout before we touch a tile, use proper waterproofing systems on every shower, and do not leave until the finished space is what we said it would be.

Who We Are
Two partners.
One standard.
KV Tileworks is a partnership between Andrew Keith and James Vandegrift. Andrew is the artist behind every installation. He has been working in construction — specifically tile — for over 15 years, and built a large tile installation company in Colorado before moving down to Florida.
James is a lifelong Floridian who got his bachelor’s and master’s degree at UCF. Go Knights. He has experience in house flipping and taking something old to new, and he loves seeing the transformation come to life.
Together they handle every project from estimate to final walkthrough. KV Tileworks is based in Sanford, Florida, but our service area is broad. You’ll see us working a lot of new construction in Winter Park and remodels all around Central Florida.
